Mixing things up - Cardmaking
Hi everyone,
Sometimes it is so nice to start off with no particular plan and just play when crafting.
Mixing die cuts, stencilling, making flowers, adding papers, blending inks etc.
With that in mind I had lots of fun making a couple of cards during the week doing just that.
Sweet Dixie products used:
Dreamcatcher (SDD346)die set
Lacy Butterfly (SDD274) die
Pretty Petals (SDD130) die set
Floral Vintage Foil 4.5" x 6.5" paper pad (SDPP0027)
6x6 Floral Frame stencil (SDST0044)
It was fun using the pretty petals dies in two ways on the different cards
either flat or as a shaped flower.
Using the floral paper under the butterfly and on the card for a shabby chic look.
I could have carried on playing for ages, but sometimes you just have to stop and catch up with the chores and walk the dog etc...
