Fun & Ideas using a Bauble Stencil
..When products arrive in the shop & I have a little spare time..
I love to play with a few ideas and share them here on the blog with you.
So here are a few thoughts and samples made using the new Sweet Dixie Baubles Stencil.
Using the stencil and distress inks you can create really pretty decorative baubles.
I used a blending tool and built up the colour on plain white card.
Once dry cut out decorate with twine loops, ribbon pearls etc.
These dimensional baubles were created in stages...
I painted some card gold, then added a layer of gesso through the stencil for dimension.
Once dry painted gold again and cut out.
Twine glued to the card and baubles arranged.
Card finished with some stamping and gems.
This rustic kraft card decorated with a simple stencilled design
blended inks and bauble.
You can use the stencil in so many ways
spraying, sponging, chalking, paper-arts, cardmaking, mixedmedia etc
