That Inbetween Time

Hi everyone, it is that time when Christmas has passed and New Year lies just ahead of us. 

For many people a time to think about things.

Yesterday I was feeling thoughtful and reflective about life and created this digital piece.

'Don't Let The Cracks Show'. 

It was inspired by the fact that so many of us including me at times, keep worries and doubts bottled up inside when it can really help to talk about them. 

I am learning to open up more though which is a good thing and am blessed to know some very kind people whom I trust to talk about worries or uncertainties with.

However you choose to cope, deal with thoughts it is good to talk with family, friends or sometimes strangers. Many a conversation I have had while walking the dog or stood at the bus stop and felt better for it.

I also find that creativity can really help soothe the soul.

Writing, drawing, painting, digital art are all enjoyable and can be relaxing.

I love to create randomly, rarely planning ahead but as the mood, idea takes me.

Trying different things along the way.

So don't be alone, there are always people to listen. 

There are also so many hobbies to be enjoyed.
