Thoughts of Easter - Cardmaking ideas using Sweet Dixie products
Hi everyone, I had a quick play today with some Easter ideas.
Using two Sweet Dixie products to make three cards.
Sweet Dixie Items used:
Decorative Easter Egg (SDD293) - cutting die
Provence Love Foil Paper Pad 4.5" x 6.5"
Using some of the foiled papers from the pad,and the cutting die.
I also used plain gold and white card, ribbon, gems and pearls.
Plus some gel pens all from my own crafty stash.
Die cut in white card and backed with gold.
Matt and layered then decorated with a bow and glitter gem.
Die cut the shape twice and glued one on to white card.
Then coloured through all the cut out sections with gel pens.
Once done layered another plain white die cut on top.
Foam pads used to raise the gold striped paper a little.
Decorated with ribbon and strips of pearl gems.
The little hearts were excess from the die cut and make lovely extra elements.
Simple matt and layering using patterned and plain card.
1 die cut used (patterned paper)
Gems, ribbon, lace and little hearts added to complete.
