Bat Appreciation Day

Hi everyone, did you know it is 'Bat Appreciation Day' today. 

It was an absolute joy on a dusky evening last summer to catch a glimpse of them and their acrobatics in the sky. Hoping I see a few more this year too. 

So to celebrate this fascinating creature I made a digital art piece with a slightly Gothic feel. 

I do love a good Vampire movie occasionally.

With Gary Oldman, Keanu Reeves, Wiona Ryder and Anthony Hopkins 

 

The Lost Boys - a great mix of horror and comedy from the 80's.

Will it be extra garlic with tea tonight ?
