Happy 'National Unicorn Day' 2019
A magical mythical creature of beauty, the Unicorn is a fantastical dreamy subject.
So as today Tuesday 9th April 2019 is National Unicorn Day
It felt only right to blog about some crafty makes and ideas with just that theme...
Using Serif software, I combined several digikits.
Creating an arty scene for the main round topper image.
Credit to Lauren C Waterworth for her 'With Love' digikit which I used.
I also utilised some discontinued kits from Daisytrail called Craftscapes
Plus my own frame design, effects, colour changes etc...
The two cards also incorporate, papers, gems, silver mirri and some cosmic shimmer.
It is a lovely challenge to work with the digital images, papers etc.
Thinking about how I can make something with my own stamp on it.
Printing out the project to make into a finished card or craft.
The little badges shown in the top image, were so easy to make.
I used the topper, sized down to fit, placed it in the white backing
and then popped in the clear plastic disc.
We do sell packs of badge blanks in the shop if you fancy making your own badges.
