National Scrapbook Day - 2nd May 2020

Happy 'National Scrapbook Day'

Over the years I have dabbled with a little scrapbooking, my particular soft spot is digital as I just don't know where I would store everything if it was all handmade. I guess that is why I mostly like making cards and crafts to give away through the year too. We all have our likes as crafters/creatives so whatever works for you is good. Anyway as usual I digress and so back to the point. I created a little scrapbook page in honour of today with a recent photo of me, using a mix of elements from a favourite design duo G&T Designs, along with a few of my own. The motto 'Always Choose Kindness' is one I try to adhere to although my hubby would probably say she is not always kind, especially when I poached his slice of cake the other day! In my defence it was getting a little dry. 

I read a lovely quote yesterday 'Scrapbooking is a work of Heart'.

So however you are preserving memories, exercising creativity, journaling, keeping recipes, poems, letters, moments in time etc...I hope you are having fun & enjoying time spent doing something nice. Have a lovely weekend, the week has flown by so very quickly and I should crack on now with that list of jobs that require attention. I promised to cook a roast dinner at some point too.
