Christmas Is Coming...

 Decorative Flat Bauble Project

Hi everyone as Christmas ebbs closer I will be sharing a mixture of ideas on the blog with a Seasonal theme.

Today's simple makes are sweet & fun to decorate flat baubles.

I used flat mdf bauble shapes sized at 14cm height  x 11cm width & 3mm depth along with acrylic paint, images cut in the round at 9cm, sparkly glitter glue, diamond sparkles, pearl gems, bow & ribbon.

I painted the shapes with white then gold acrylic paint, ensuring the paint dried between coats.

Glued the images on which came from a Hunkydory pad I had in my craft stash.

A mix of glitter glue and diamond sparkles applied to the edges.

Pearl gems placed around, bows and ribbon added to complete.

This is the plain bauble shape

The blanks can be decorated with acrylics, inks, poster paints, stamps, polymer clay, foam clay, decoupage, decopatch, papers, napkins, glitters, embellishment, beads and more. Whatever you have in your own crafty stash.

*We now stock these mdf blanks in the shop*
Available as a bundle of 10 for only £6.50 with free postage.
