Fantasy Floral Posy & Butterfly Fun

Hi everyone, I thought it would be nice to show you a few makes using the new 

Fantasy Floral Posy & Butterfly clear stamp set from Sweet Dixie.

(Designed by Sue Dix) the stamp set is now available in the shop.

I spent yesterday evening having a little play with the stamp set. It stamps beautifully & if you enjoy painting, colouring, inking it is great fun to experiment/create with. I used black versafine ink to stamp, once the ink was dry I got out a mix of mediums including watercolor paints & some oxide inks.

Finished card with two of the stamped butterfly's fussy cut & attached, just bending their wings a little for dimension. I used the sentiment stamp inside the card on this one. 

Would be lovely for Birthday, Get Well, Just Because Cards etc...

A mix of inks stamped & blended on the papers, hand painted butterfly & gems.

This is a mini card, would make lovely mixed media tags & décor projects too.

Rustic, mixed media style arty piece. I stamped the posy onto plain card, then using water & splodges of paint I dabbed the paint on & off using some textured card building up mixed colours & texture. Once dry washi tape placed across the centre, along with a butterfly, sentiment & a few dots of liquid pearls.

There are so many ways to mix things up when stamping & these are just a few.
