A Dimensional Heart card idea.

 Hi everyone 'Valentines Day' will soon be here.

With that in mind I created this dimensional heart card idea for inspiration.

Using the Sweet Dixie Filigree Floral Heart cutting die cut out six hearts.

(We stock this die in the online shop)

Each heart was folded in half, creating a central crease.

Inked all the diecut pieces in a mix of red & brown on both sides.

Then the fiddly part, placing glue on one half of the folded heart & sticking together.

Repeat this until all the hearts are attached to one another.

Leaving the bottom half of the outer hearts ready to glue flat onto the card.

Made a background using the same colour inks & a few embellishments.

The heart really stands out & looks so 3D.

This idea would be lovely for an Anniversary or Wedding card too.
